Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 12 June 2026
We want you to feel comfortable. This policy explains how to reschedule, take leave, discontinue your classes, and how your refundable security deposit is returned.
1. Rescheduling and leave
You can reschedule classes or apply for leave from within the My Quran Class app, up to the limits of your plan, with advance notice and subject to your teacher’s availability within the same month. Classes missed because a teacher is unavailable are always rescheduled.
2. Missed classes
A class missed without prior notice is counted as taken. Giving your teacher advance notice is always best, so the class can be rescheduled where their schedule allows. The exact handling of a missed class depends on your plan and is confirmed with you at enrollment.
3. Discontinuing your classes
You may stop your classes at any time by giving us one month’s prior notice. This notice period lets us close your account in an orderly way and settle any final dues, and it is the basis on which your security deposit is returned.
4. Security deposit refund
A refundable security deposit is collected at enrollment. It is refunded to you, or adjusted against your fees, when you complete your course, or when you discontinue with one month’s prior notice. The registration fee is a one-time charge and is not refundable.
5. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method or by an agreed alternative, after any outstanding dues are settled. Please allow a reasonable processing time, which can vary with your bank or payment provider.
6. How to cancel
