1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website quranonlineindia.com, the QOI My Quran Class app, and any classes or services provided by Quran Online India, operated by E-Tuitions Technology (referred to as "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website, app or services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website, app or services.

2. Who we are and what we offer

Quran Online India provides online Islamic education, including Quran reading with Tajweed, Quran recitation, Quran memorization (Hifz), Islamic Studies and Urdu. Classes are delivered live and one to one over video (currently Google Meet), through our website and the My Quran Class app on iOS, Android and the web.

We may add, change, suspend or discontinue parts of our services at any time. Where a change materially affects your enrolled classes, we will make reasonable efforts to inform you in advance.

3. Accounts and eligibility

Many of our students are children. A parent or legal guardian must register on a child’s behalf, supervise their use of the service, and accept these terms for them.

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

4. Classes, scheduling and conduct

Class days and times are arranged by agreement after enrollment. You may reschedule classes or apply for leave within the limits of your plan, with advance notice and subject to teacher availability. Classes missed because a teacher is unavailable are rescheduled.

We expect a respectful learning environment. You agree not to record, copy, share or republish classes, teachers, other students or our learning materials without our written consent, and not to misuse the service in any unlawful way.

5. Fees and payment

Classes are billed monthly according to the plan you choose. A one-time registration fee and a refundable security deposit apply at the time of enrollment. The exact fees for your plan are shared with you before you enroll.

Timely payment is required to keep your preferred time slot and teacher reserved. Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation Policy.

6. Intellectual property

All content provided through our website, app and classes, including text, graphics, logos, audio, video, the Al-Hira Neo-Noorani Qaida and other learning materials, is owned by Quran Online India or its licensors and is protected by law.

You may use our content and services for your own personal, non-commercial learning. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit any of our content without our written consent.

7. Third-party services

Some features rely on trusted third parties, for example Google Meet for live classes and payment providers for processing fees. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

8. Disclaimers

We work hard to deliver high-quality teaching, but our website, app and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error free, or that any particular learning outcome will be achieved.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quran Online India and E-Tuitions Technology will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, our website, app or services. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above. Your continued use of our website, app or services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
